We all have learnt in school that the body is composed of nearly 75% water.

Every cell in your body needs water to function properly. Dehydration starts by losing only about 1-2% of water weight and death may occur from losing around 5 to 10% of water weight.

So ensure you drink at least eight glasses of water everyday day!

    Remember that your body also gets water from the foods you eat. Fruits and salads especially have higher water content. If you do not enjoy drinking water, try to eat about 3-5 servings of fruits and salads a day to get the right amount of water into your body.

    Stay away from coffee and tea. They in fact cause you to lose water!
